Müller is one of the nation’s favourite and leading dairy brands, sourcing milk from 1,300 farmers in Britain to develop, manufacture and market a wide range of branded and private label dairy products for the UK market.

Works inclusive of:

Supplied X 2 Gaparator IRS 1200 x 3000 internal rotary screens for Muller Yogurts at Market Drayton to each handle 500m3/hr.

1 x duty and 1 x standby screen.

1 x new access platform, including installation and commissioning of the first duty Gaparator supplied.

The second was a standby screen as the first duty screen worked that well they couldn’t be without a screen moving forward.

Rotary Screens Internal (or IRS / Internal Rotary Drum Screens) operate with an internal wedge wire construction, woven wire or perforated drum. Our Internal Rotary Screens range provides numerous configurations and can be tailored to suit bespoke requirements. They are supplied complete, with removable covers and safety switches. Isolator stop/start control panels and incorporated overflow facilities with level sensors.
